HOPE has a Name!

What is HOPE? To want something to happen or be true. Some people understand HOPE as wishful thinking, as in "I HOPE something will happen." This is not what the Bible means by HOPE. The biblical definition of HOPE is "confident expectation." HOPE is a firm assurance regarding things that are unclear and unknown.

BIBLE SAYS: I pray that the GOD who gives HOPE will fill you with much joy and peace as you trust in him. Then you will have more and more HOPE, and it will flow out of you by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13 ERV)

POWER THOUGHT: Yes, HOPE has a Name! GOD’s gift of HOPE is a person: “JESUS CHRIST in you, the HOPE of glory” (Colossians 1:27).

PRAY: Dear JESUS, You are my Living HOPE. I believe all that the Bible says. I want the life You have planned for me. The Bible assures me that Your plans for me are plans to take care of me, not abandon me, plans to give me the future I HOPE for. Amen
